Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering team spirit and encouraging continuous improvement.
Manage plant budgets, monitor performance metrics, and report on progress.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of processes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing operations, preferably in the specialty chemicals
industry.
Proven leadership skills with the knack for managing and developing a diverse team.
Quick thinker and problem solver.
Interest in building for a sustainable future
Great at delegation and getting everyone on the same page.
