Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective classroom/online sessions for students of Classes 6th–10th (PNCF segment).
Develop and review study material, practice sheets, and assessments for respective subjects.
Track student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Mentor students to build robust academic foundations and competitive exam readiness.
Collaborate with academic and content teams to ensure quality teaching and learning outcomes.
Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and training sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech/Ph.D.) from a reputed institute.
Prior teaching experience in PNCF/Foundation.
Strong subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.
