We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead digital marketing. This role will be responsible for driving social media communication, performance marketing, and Customer - Centric content creation.
The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) from a communication and execution standpoint.
Oversee performance marketing initiatives (Meta, Google) in coordination with internal teams/agencies.
Conduct sentiment analysis across CRM & social media to derive actionable insights for new customer acquisition.
Identify trends, best practices, and improvement prospects.
Coordinate with agencies and vendors (digital, production, branding)
Key Deliverables / KPIs
Consistent growth and engagement across social media platforms
Improved efficiency in performance campaigns
Solid and consistent brand presence across digital platforms
Timely rollout of campaigns and activation
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand execution (automobile/consumer brand preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and performance marketing (Meta, Google)
Ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced setting
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Hands on experience on video shoots and editing tools
Preferred Profile
Experience in automobile, EV, or mobility sector
Prior experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
