We’re looking for an Executive – Legal who can work closely with business teams to support partnerships, manage contracts, and help mitigate legal risks while enabling the company to move quickly.

What You’ll Do:
Draft, review, and assist in negotiating commercial contracts including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, MSAs, franchise agreements, SOWs, subscription and collaboration agreements
Support vendor onboarding, commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and risk mitigation
Assist in identifying legal, regulatory, and operational risks in business partnerships and franchise models




Work cross-functionally with business and operations teams to ensure contracts are clear, compliant, and commercially sound
Maintain contract trackers and support legal documentation processes
LL.B / BA LL.B from a recognized university
0–2 years of relevant experience (in-house experience preferred)
Working knowledge of contract drafting and review
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work closely with business teams in a fast-paced setting
