Job Title: Regional Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
Achieve sales targets in the industrial sector across designated regions. Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company objectives.
Team Leadership:
Guide, coach, and inspire a team of sales specialists. Conduct regular performance evaluations and promote a high-performance setting.
Business Development:
Identify current market prospects and broaden the customer base. Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Client Relationship Management:
Sustain robust customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client contentment. Manage escalations and resolve issues effectively.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
Reporting:
Furnish regular sales forecasts,



performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.
Travel:
Willingness to travel across India for 15–20 days per month to meet clients, attend trade shows, and supervise regional operations.

Requirements
Minimum of 8–10 years of demonstrated experience in industrial sales.
Education: Science Graduate (B.Tech/Diploma preferred)
Strong grasp of B2B sales processes, particularly in manufacturing, machinery, or engineering products.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with solid leadership qualities.
Must be adaptable and open to extensive travel.
