Job Title - MCX Risk Operations
Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (Evening Session)

About the Role
We are seeking proactive and motivated fresh graduates for an internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time risk monitoring, margin management, and brokerage operations, while providing an in-depth understanding of commodity markets, risk management processes, and the broader financial markets ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time margin utilization and client exposure in the MCX segment.
Track SPAN and Exposure margin requirements and identify margin shortfall clients.
Initiate margin calls and square-off positions as per Risk Management policies.
Handle retail client exposure management and ensure trades remain within approved limits.
Perform trade allocation activities accurately and within timelines.
Support in execution of client fund and collateral segregation as per regulatory norms.
Support billing-related verification and reconciliation activities.
Process movement of margin from NSE Clearing to MCX Clearing as per requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and escalate high-risk exposures to the RMS Manager.
Coordinate with the dealers, operations, and finance teams during market hours.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree (last year pursuing or completed) in Finance, Economics, or a related field. (B.Tech graduates with keen interest and knowledge of stock markets, and who are willing to pursue career in it are also welcomed)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Keen interest and knowledge of financial markets, equities, trading, and exchanges (NSE, BSE, MCX).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
Solid attention to detail and coordination skills
