SAP SD/MM exposure with hands-on experience in customer master creation, sales order processing, and invoicing activities.
Strong knowledge of international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and shipping-related documentation.
Sound understanding of Incoterms and their impact on logistics, ownership transfer, freight responsibilities, and customer transactions.
Experience in logistics and freight management, including shipment coordination, tracking, and resolution of operational issues.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with traders, customers, logistics providers, and internal functional teams.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform reporting, data analysis, and operational tracking to support business decisions.

High attention to detail with a strong compliance and control-oriented approach to ensure process adherence and documentation accuracy.
