Position: Admin Manager

We are looking for a smart, proactive,



and customer-friendly Admin Manager who will serve as the first point of contact for all clients. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of managing client flow, billing, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Client Reception & Support

Greet and welcome clients professionally.

Check appointments, retrieve records, and coordinate with doctors/technicians.

Provide consultation or treatment areas when required.

Guide and assist clients throughout their clinic visit.

Training will be provided for smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.

Billing & Payments

Generate accurate bills for services and product sales.

Handle payments (cash, card, digital modes) and maintain daily collections.

Ensure all invoices are closed the same day after necessary approvals.

Appointment Management & Communication

Handle all incoming
