About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative marketing leader to define and execute LR Home's visual brand across digital, print, photography, and social media.



This role will lead the creative marketing team and be responsible for developing compelling content that inspires customers, strengthens our brand, and supports sales growth.
The Creative Marketing Manager will oversee creative strategy, manage content production, mentor the creative team, and continuously improve how our products are presented across every customer touchpoint.
Working Hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership
Lead and mentor the creative marketing team, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and professional development.
Establish and maintain LR Home's visual identity across all marketing channels.
Develop creative briefs and ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard.
Review and approve creative assets before publication.
Content Strategy
Develop monthly and quarterly marketing content calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
