What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background:
Minimum M.Sc. (Biology / Genetics / Life Sciences or equivalent field) or a Ph.D maybe advantageous but not necessary for this role.
Exceptional freshers with robust market knowledge or skills about Transplant Diagnostics, Oncology, Pharmacogenomics, Hereditary disorder or in molecular biology may also be considered for this role.

Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Sales or Application Support related to molecular genetic products in Transplant,



Oncogenomics, Reproductive Genetics or equivalent field.
Solid understanding of PCR, qPCR, DNA Sequencing, and related workflows in Transplantation, Oncology, Reproductive genetics, Recent Born Screening and Microbiology.
You should be a great teammate and able to build positive relationships with others. Ideally, you have experience of working in a remote team, and you're comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach backed by problem-solving ability
Team-oriented with willingness to travel across South India

Drive regional sales growth through lead generation, opportunity management, and achievement of revenue targets
Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships with key stakeholders in clinical and research laboratories
