Job Summary
The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and on-site execution of solar PV construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from mobilization to commissioning. This hands-on role focuses on leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors,



and resolving on-ground challenges in compliance with Indian standards (e.g., MNRE guidelines, CEA safety norms). Ideal for an experienced construction leader with a passion for renewables and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all in office activities for solar PV installations ground mounted utility scale from 1-100+ MW, including foundation work, module erection, inverter installation, and cabling up to commissioning.
Lead and manage site teams 20-200 personnel depends upon the size of the project, including EPC Contractor engineers, technicians, and labourers, ensuring optimal resource utilization, shift scheduling, and subcontractor performance.
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, conducting daily toolbox talks, risk assessments, and compliance with Factories Act, 1948, and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards.
