Product Manager :

Responsibilities
:· Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and client objectives
.· Translate healthcare payer operational challenges into scalable digital and AI-enabled product solutions
.· Drive product consistency, usability, scalability, and innovation across the platform
.· Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, automation, predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent workflows to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
.· Own and manage the product backlog by balancing customer needs, technical priorities, business objectives, and market opportunities
.· Work closely with engineering, architecture, UX, QA, analytics, and AI teams to deliver high-quality products and enhancements
.· Facilitate requirement gathering, prioritization, sprint planning, story refinement, and release planning following Agile best practices
.· Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate AI-assisted workflows, intelligent automation, decision-support models,



and data-driven product capabilities
.· Ensure timely delivery of product releases while maintaining quality, scalability, security, and compliance standards
.· Support release readiness through documentation, release notes, demos, training materials, and stakeholder communication
.· Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, implementation teams, and executive leadership
.· Act as the bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and execution clarity
.· Lead product discussions with clients to understand business goals, operational pain points, and transformation opportunities
.· Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, priorities, and business impact effectively across technical and non-technical audiences

· 10–15 years of relevant experience, including product management experience in healthcare technology, payer platforms, or healthcare informatic.
