We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant/Tech Lead/Architect with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT service management, asset management, IT operations, and employee service delivery processes. The role requires solid technical skills, hands-on ServiceNow development experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant/Tech Lead/Architect with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.

Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Service Catalog items.
Build workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.




Develop and maintain custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities.
ITSM (IT Service Management)
Implement and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.
Configure SLA, approval workflows, and automation processes.
Optimize ITSM processes and improve service delivery efficiency.
ITAM (IT Asset Management)
Implement and manage Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
Configure software license management, asset lifecycle management, and procurement workflows.
Ensure asset compliance, governance, and reporting.
ITOM (IT Operations Management)
Configure and support Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Maintain CMDB health and data quality.
Integrate monitoring tools and cloud platforms with ServiceNow.
Implement automation to improve infrastructur
