Factory Resetting & Channel Lead

Reports to: Channel Group Manager

Role Type: Team Handling

Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad (Situated 30-35KM on Rajkot high from Ahmedabad)

Purpose of the Role:

To lead and drive end-to-end channel performance by integrating resetting excellence & lean manufacturing, ensuring optimised utilisation of people, machines, materials, and processes to deliver superior results.

The role is accountable for enabling high-mix flexible production, improving changeover efficiency, throughput, and cost competitiveness, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and Industry 4.0–driven smart manufacturing

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end channel performance across multiple manufacturing lines ensuring alignment with major KPI’s
Own overall business performance of assigned channels including through
