NIIT is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team on a contract basis and work with global clients on exciting learning transformation projects.
? Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Work From Office)
? Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
? Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
What You'll Do
✅ Develop detailed storyboards aligned with instructional design best practices
✅ Create audio scripts and visualization notes for graphics, animations, and videos
✅ Collaborate with SMEs, Media Teams, and Developers
✅ Review learning assets and ensure content quality
✅ Participate in client discussions, design walkthroughs, and project handovers
✅ Incorporate stakeholder feedback and deliver high-quality learning solutions
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design and Storyboarding
✔ Experience in Corporate Learning and eLearning development
✔ Exposure to International/Global Clients (Mandatory)
✔ Strong content writing, visualization, and communication skills
✔ Understanding of Adult Learning Principles and Instructional Design methodologies
