We are looking for a Sr.Manager - Marketing based out of Mumbai, who will own and drive the end-to-end marketing charter for our Used Cars business. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role requiring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The individual will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, driving channel and dealer engagement, leading market development initiatives, and executing programs that strengthen brand visibility, partner participation, and business growth across the used car ecosystem.

What you will be doing:
• Own and drive the marketing roadmap for the Used Cars business aligned with business goals.
• Develop and execute channel and trade marketing initiatives to drive dealer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
• Partner with Business, Sales, and Product teams to identify growth opportunities and build market-specific marketing plans.
• Lead dealer meets, partner programs, market activations, events, and regional marketing initiatives.
• Create and execute lead generation, partner engagement,



and market development campaigns.
• Develop marketing collateral, communication assets, and sales enablement tools for channel partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, partner engagement, market trends, and competition to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, and end-to-end execution of marketing programs.

What we are looking for:
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing with 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Dealer Marketing, or Business Development.
• Solid understanding of the used car ecosystem, dealer networks, automotive marketplaces, or related automotive businesses.
• Proven experience in dealer engagement, channel development, market activations, and partner-led growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to use BTL and channel marketing interventions to improve partner engagement, enhance market penetration, drive lead generation, and suppor
