Your Main Responsibilities

Execute call-backs on existing elevator installations, promptly addressing customer concerns to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct periodic safety inspections on elevators to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
Perform intricate repair tasks on elevator systems, including troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems issues with high technical precision and adherence to industry standards.
Interact with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions, maintaining a skilled demeanor and fostering a positive customer experience.
