Experience: 8–10 Years on Oracle Fusion HCM

Key Requirements
* Solid experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits implementation
* Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits implementations as a Lead
Functional Consultant.
* Proven client-facing experience, including requirements gathering, solution
design, workshops, and stakeholder management.
* Expertise in Benefits configuration, testing, deployment, and production
support.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
* Flexible to work in shifts based on project and customer requirements.

Preferred Skills
* Experience with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core HR
* Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an added advantage.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
* Lead Benefits workstream during implementation projects.
* Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle
Fusion solutions.
* Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Benefits solutions.
* Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
* Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful
project delivery
