About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, including office expenses, vendor payments, payroll, and P&L; reporting. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can balance operational accuracy with the flexibility needed to scale processes as the company grows. Key Responsibilities Office & Operational Expenses

Track, verify, and process office expense claims and reimbursements Maintain accurate records of recurring and one-off office expenditures Flag budget overruns and support cost-control initiatives
Vendor Payments
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies Maintain vendor payment schedules and documentation for audit readiness Coordinate with procurement/operations teams on purchase orders and contracts
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule, including sala
