We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization's hiring needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across multiple functions while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.
