Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based solutions
Define overall Appian architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop and maintain:
Process Models
Interfaces (SAIL)
Integrations
Rules & Expression logic
Provide technical leadership to Appian development team
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks
Design and implement integration solutions with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, etc.)
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
Support deployment, release management,



and setting setup
Mentor team members and conduct code reviews

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM/Low-Code platform
Strong understanding of:
Appian Architecture
Process Modeling (BPMN)
SAIL Interface Design
Experience with:
Integration (REST APIs, Web Services, SQL databases)
Appian components (Records, CDTs, Expressions, Plug-ins)
Strong knowledge of:
SQL and relational databases
Object-oriented programming concepts
Experience in end-to-end project delivery
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
