Responsibilities

Operate and monitor MEE & Liquification equipment to ensure smooth running of processes.
Conduct regular checks on machinery and promptly report any issues to the maintenance team.
Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Monitor enzyme activity and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
Keep detailed records of production data and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in operating MEE & Liquification equipment.
Proficient in monitoring enzyme activity or related skillsets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
