At Arcadis, we are leading the transformation of digital quality assurance
across the globe. As our new QA Lead – India, you will play a pivotal role in
empowering and guiding a team of talented QA engineers embedded in agile
software development teams focused on transportation and asset management
solutions. You will join a truly global QA leadership community, collaborating
with fellow QA leads.

You will be responsible for technical excellence, people development, and
fostering a culture of innovation and quality. You will ensure our QA engineers
in India are set up for success, able to grow their skills, and are aligned with
Arcadis' vision for pragmatic,



quick feedback quality assurance. The ideal
candidate will bring outstanding management skills, deep technical expertise,
and a passion for coaching and collaboration in a multicultural and dynamic
environment.

Role accountabilities:

* Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA engineers,
ensuring their growth in technical and professional skills, and fostering a
culture of continuous learning and excellence.
* Technical Excellence: Drive the adoption and usage of modern test automation
tools and approaches (web is required, mobile is a strong plus). Set high
standards for quality, coverage, and maintainability across teams using
diverse technology stacks.
* Agile & Pragmatic QA: Guide teams in agile ways of working, making pragmatic
decisions about what and how to test, and embedding risk-based testing,
specification by example, and automation strategies in daily practi
