Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum

Job Purpose

The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance.



The position aims to ensure smooth HR functioning and contribute to a motivated, efficient, and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct initial rounds of interviews and facilitate the offer and onboarding process.

Prepare offer letters, maintain recruitment trackers, and conduct induction/orientation sessions.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by addressing grievances and supporting conflict resolution.

Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs to boost employee morale.

Performance Management

Assist in implementing performance management systems, including goal setting and appraisal cycles.
