Job Description:
We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end Operations for our FC/Warehouse in Sonipat, Haryana.

This is an in-person role at our FC in Sonipat,



and you must be based in NCR or Haryana.

Responsibilities:
Launch key operational projects across warehouses and fulfillment centers in Haryana, including last-mile delivery pilots and central process rollouts.
Design optimized warehouse layouts and zoning strategies based on SKU velocity, demand patterns, and picking efficiency.
Define and continuously improve SOPs across inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and manpower to drive productivity and reduce order processing time.
Lead end-to-end setup of warehouses and micro-fulfillment centers: from vendor coordination (racking, labeling, equipment) to timely go-live.
Must have hands-on experience in FMCG operations and B2B/B2C business models.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain from a top institution; MBA highly preferred.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
6–10 years in WH Management or supply chain, with hands
