Job Description
MS Endpoint Management (SCCM & Intune) Subject Matter Expert
Main Responsibilities
Extensive skills and knowledge of SCCM and SCCM Modules integration into platforms like ServiceNow
Extensive skills and knowledge of SCCM Infrastructure, deployments, strategy, architecture, design, migrations
Extensive skills and knowledge of Autopilot for quick deployment of new devices to End Users
Extensive skills and knowledge of Intune, and the management of iPhone and Android systems
Valuable communication skills both internally with regional architects and senior members of the customer IT architecture team and leadership
Hands-on capability to gather technical information and analyze the existing SCCM/Intune Infrastructure and deployment within the customer network
Ability to document findings and make SCCM/Intune architecture and design recommendation and the capability to present these to onshore architects and the customer
Ability to take finding and deploy SCCM to all parts of the business
