Sales Area Manager

The Area Manager will be responsible for driving business development & growth, strengthening customer relationships, and managing operations within the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) business segment. The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong technical understanding of the API Segment, Project management and customer engagement.



The role will also need a fair understanding of the technical and IP & regulatory aspects in the API segment to effectively support business growth and commercial operations.

The incumbent will play a key role in expanding market presence, achieving revenue and profitability targets, supporting new business development projects and ensuring alignment between regional business objectives and the company's global strategy.
The role will include extensive business travels, customer meetings to maintain customer engagements and to drive current business development growth.

? Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities within the Area. Generate new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement, networking, and market intelligence.
Develop and implement sales strategies in the area to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
Travel, Meet and Manage / expand relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, agents, and business partners.
