About The Role
The Global Process Owner (GPO)
for Cash Management and Credit Collection plays a pivotal role in driving the performance of GSS services and related processes within this domain, contributing to the achievement of key annual objectives. The GPO is accountable for the global design, governance, standardization, and continuous improvement of processes spanning Accounts Receivable, Cash Collection, Banking Operations, Dispute Handling, and Credit Management. The role ensures end‑to‑end process excellence, compliance, and digitalization in alignment with DNV’s Digital World Class ambitions and the GSS governance model.
This role is responsible for developing and managing processes that align with GSS strategic priorities across Customer Value and Experience, Efficiency and Productivity, and Quality and Compliance. The position reports directly to the GSS Finance Stream Director.
