Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer/Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support, network administration, and cloud services. As a Network Engineer/Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, providing technical support to end-users, and assisting with cloud migration projects.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Install, configure,
and maintain remote desktop and server settings.
Collaborate with team members to implement and maintain cloud-based solutions such as OneDrive and AWS.
Assist with the planning and execution of cloud migration projects.
Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in network administration and technical support.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on technology usage and best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Btech/BCA preferred).
Proven experience in technical support and network administration.
Strong knowledge of remote desktop and server environments.
Familiarity with user management and access control systems.
Proficiency in cloud services such as OneDrive and AWS.
