Key Responsibilities:
Academic & Program Leadership
Ensure effective implementation of the Ubika curriculum, pedagogy, and nature-based philosophy.
Guide teachers to plan, observe, and assess children’s development.
Maintain the rhythm of the centre through thoughtful event planning and daily routines.
Operations & Administration
Manage daily operations including admissions, attendance, safety, and resource planning.
Oversee inventory, material management, and ensure maintenance of learning spaces.
Coordinate with the central team on reporting, compliance, and logistics.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and support the teaching and non-teaching staff.
Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and classroom observations.
Maintain a positive and motivated team culture.
Parent Engagement
Build and maintain transparent and trusting relationships with parents.
Organize orientation, PTMs, community events, and celebrations.




Handle queries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and clarity.
Centre Growth & Outreach
Actively participate in marketing and admission initiatives.
Promote the Ubika philosophy in the community through workshops and events.
Ensure smooth onboarding of recent children and families.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or teaching role in a preschool.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead with empathy, structure, and vision.
Alignment with Ubika’s values of sustainability, mindfulness, and joyful learning.
