Monitor network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, servers) using NMS tools.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance issues and outages.
Configure and maintain network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, ManageEngine, Kiwi syslog.
Analyze network alerts, logs, and performance metrics.
Perform root cause analysis for network incidents and implement corrective actions.
Generate and maintain reports on network health, uptime, and SLA compliance.
Work closely with Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
Configure thresholds, alerts, and dashboards for proactive monitoring.
Support capacity planning and performance tuning activities.
Maintain documentation for network monitoring processes and configurations.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in network monitoring.
Hands -on experience with at least one NMS tool.
Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
Server and application performance
Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows administration.
Familiarity with log analysis and troubleshooting tools.
Understanding of network security basics.
Any NMS -specific certifications (preferred)
