Qualification
Minimum 2 Years of experience in Ruby on Rails.
Effective Communication Skills.
Thorough understanding of the philosophy and design of Ruby on Rails.
Proactive and resourceful person who achieves with minimal oversight.
Team player with the ability and desire to become an integral part of a rapid-paced team.
Have solution oriented attitude.

Technological Skills
Should be able to write/peer-review quality code to help support scalability.
Must have experience with any two major versions of Ruby & Rails.
Must have valuable Command over Business Logic.
Must have experience in Integrating Third Party tools with help of REST/SOAP hooks.




Should have good desktop publishing skills like HTML & CSS (twitter bootstrap preferred).
Must be valuable at client side scripting (Javascript, jQuery).
Must have valuable knowledge of Relational DBMS i.e MySql, Postgres & no-sql databases like Redis & mongodb.
Must use Git
Should have experience in deploying Rails applications to Bare Servers using Capistrano.
Experience in frontend framework like AngularJS, NodeJS will be preferred.
Can write valuable Quality test cases using Rspec/Capybara.
