We are looking for an experienced Process Lead – MDM to join our Bangalore-based Master Data Management team. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in SAP Finance, SAP Security, and Finance system access controls, with a proven track record in driving governance, process optimization, and master data best practices. This role will lead process design, ensure data integrity, and work cross-functionally to maintain robust and compliant master data operations across the enterprise.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance, SAP Security, and Finance system access controls.
Solid knowledge of Finance master data structures and governance best practices.
Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, SoD frameworks, and role-based authorization models.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and process optimization skills.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
