Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Act as the primary point of contact for the branch, providing comprehensive support.
2.Apply advanced skills to evaluate and present timely experience reports that assess client financial status, including tracking expenses, funding levels, and rates by Employee Benefit Plans.
3.Present these insights to account management teams and clients as needed.
4.Prepare Forecasts by analyzing data from carriers to provide strategic recommendations for negotiating rates and funding levels,
ensuring alignment with client financial assessments and renewal projections.
5.Estimate reserves for clients to allocate funds for unpaid but incurred claim liabilities within the policy period.
6.Prepare and consult on client deliverables in alignment with the underwriting scope.
7.Exhibit the ability to ensure that analysis is logical and comprehensive.
8.Maintain and develop relationships with onshore and offshore team members.
9.Collaborate with cross functional teams and take proactive measures to resolve queries and concerns effectively.
10.Demonstrate initiative in domain learning by conducting self-analysis of deliverables and actively participating in task-oriented discussions.
