The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining production processes, ensuring quality standards, and maximizing efficiency in garment manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day production activities to meet output and quality targets.
Implement effective production techniques and reduce manufacturing costs through process optimization.
Supervise shop floor operations, including cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and compliance with buyer specifications.
Maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Troubleshoot technical issues in machinery and processes to avoid production delays.




Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Coordinate with planning, merchandising, and maintenance departments to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production unit.
Train and guide line supervisors and workers for productivity enhancement.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or Industrial Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in garment/textile production or industrial engineering.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and production planning tools.
Robust understanding of garment construction and production floor operations.
