Role & Responsibilities:
Determining ability and skill levels among students before setting up training programs.
Developing and implementing training programs that focus on improving technique, stroke placement, speed, and style.
Teaching brand new sport styles or techniques.
Educating students on safety and providing lifesaving training sessions (as applicable).
Using a range of activities to improve confidence among students while playing a sport.
Recording training sessions in order to analyze techniques,



and monitor progress.
Setting training goals and objectives for teams as well as individual players.
Teaching and perfecting skills in various sports (as applicable).
Ensuring the playing fields/ training area is clean, well-maintained, and free of hazards.
Scouting players and preparing teams for school & individual tournaments.

Age: 20 to 35 years

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of academic training experience in a school of repute.

Qualification: We are looking for a certified sports instructor/coach.

First-aid training skills
Excellent lifesaving skills.
Ability to determine swimming level and analyze techniques.
Solid organizational and management skills.
Valuable knowledge of health and nutrition.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to work long hours.
