To provide technical support and insight to the Technical Manager, Fleet Managers, General Managers across SMM.
KPIs
Upkeep of all reports and data related to technical matters
Data collection, analysis & preparation of reports for equipment failure
Analyze Work Orders / Inspection CARs / Technical Defects
Monitoring of
Purchasing KPIs
Technical KPIs
Budget/Opex KPIs
Tasks
Tasks shall include but not be limited to:
Co-ordinate and work with NS, BI, and IT team to ensure correctness of data
Create and improve Dashboards, metrics, and processes to improve efficiency
Assist in document writing for technical matters
Monitoring and upkeep of
BI and related worksheets related to technical matters.
Vessel machinery data
Collate and Analyze
All Lubricant reports
All Fuel Quality reports
Verification & Validation of data and KPIs
Analyzing
Defect Work Orders and look for trends or patterns
Lube Oil consumption data
PMS KPI Data for all equipment across fleets
Main Engine Performance Data
Main Engine Piston Ring/Cylinder Condition Monitoring
Conducting benchmarking for all fleets with SGQA
Assist in preparation of Budget data for all vessels
Any other jobs not mentioned above as instructed by Technical Manager

Minimum Experience
5 Year experience in Marine industry. Certification in data analytics will preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Sailing experience is essential, and familiarity with data analysis tools or techniques will be a robust advantage.
