Responsibilities:
Execute client orders and operate stock trading terminals with precision.
Confirm trades by the end of the day (EOD) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Update clients on their positions and provide regular market insights.
Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of orders on the trading terminal.
Activate inactive clients and encourage maximum participation.
Guide customers to increase trading volumes and overall revenue.
Cross-sell other financial products and services.
Engage in regular client interactions and conduct meetings to maintain strong relations.
Seek references from existing clients to acquire current clients.
Keep clients informed about market trends, company research reports, and current IPOs.
