We are inviting applications for the position of Professor (Cardiology) at a prestigious NMC‑recognized medical college / teaching hospital. The selected candidate will be responsible for academic leadership, clinical excellence, postgraduate training, and departmental development in Cardiology.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Department of Cardiology
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching as per NMC guidelines
Guide MD/DM residents in academics, research, and clinical practice
Supervise OPD, IPD, ICU, Cath Lab, and advanced cardiac procedures
Promote clinical research, publications, and academic activities
Participate in institutional academic meetings, audits, and CMEs




Ensure quality patient care and adherence to ethical medical standards

Requirements
Qualification:
DM / DNB (Cardiology) – Mandatory
Experience:
Minimum 14 years teaching experience after PG, including required years as Associate Professor (as per NMC norms)
Registration:
Valid NMC / State Medical Council registration
Publications:
As per latest NMC guidelines
