About the role:

As the Livelihood Program Lead within the Women Empowerment Portfolio, this role takes a leadership position in developing and implementing livelihood programs. The core objective is to align these programs with organizational goals and contribute significantly to the economic empowerment of women and girls.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the implementation of livelihood programs.
Ensure programs align with the Women Empowerment Portfolio's objectives.
Contribute directly to the economic empowerment of women and girls through program initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience:



Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and implementing livelihood programs.
Proven track record of successful leadership in economic empowerment initiatives.
Functional Skills:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with gender and youth empowerment in a development context is a plus.
Behavioral Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced, agile workplace.
