Educational Qualifications
MBA (Finance) or M.Com

Experience
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. Experience in Real Estate and High-Rise Civil Construction companies is preferred.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

 Managing daily accounting operations.

 Ensuring GST compliance, including filing and reconciliation.

 Preparing and auditing IT-related financial records and statutory documents.

 Conducting regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

 Maintaining accounting books using Tally.

 Utilizing ERP-based accounting systems with accurate data entry.

 Generating MIS reports and financial statements.

 Liaising with auditors, banks, and internal departments.

 Overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes.





 Adhering to accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Required Skills

 In-depth knowledge of GST and accounting principles.

 Proven experience in bank reconciliation and statutory compliance.

 Practical experience with Tally and ERP software.

 Solid analytical abilities and effective communication skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Detail-focused and well-organized individual.

 Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.

 Experience in manufacturing, trading, or service sectors is advantageous.
