Responsibilities :
Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates.
Building a ta-driven recruiting engine that helps in reducing overall TAT for hiring and bring value to stakeholders
Collaborating with the stakeholders across the business units and prioritize the requirements.
Driving Market Intelligence, Talent mapping, Talent Branding
Driving positive candidate experience and engagement metrics
Recurring sync-up with the stakeholders to make them aware of the latest status & updates.

Eligibility Criteria:
8+ years of experience in building high-performance teams for Tech & product for Ecommerce/Tech Startups / Product organizations.
Expertise in leveraging Social media to hire across engineering, product, and design roles.




Robust problem-solving skills, communication,and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in driving TA programs such as Hackathons and Tech talks
Start-up hiring experience is preferred
