We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator specializing in the Full Stack stream to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates from technical backgrounds (Computer Science, IT, or related fields) who possess solid communication skills, organizational ability and a passion for coordinating full stack development projects in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in planning, executing and monitoring software development projects.
Coordinate with developers, business and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
Track sprint progress, manage backlogs and prepare regular project status updates and technical reports.
Schedule stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and cross-team sync meetings; document discussions and follow up on action items.
Help identify and resolve technical and operational project issues, risks and bottlenecks.
Maintain technical project documentation, including requirements, architecture notes, release logs and issue trackers.




Support internal and external communications related to project milestones, releases and deliverables.
Ensure adherence to agile best practices, coding standards and quality benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of full stack development concepts (front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, cloud, DevOps basics).
Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills with the ability to work across cross-functional technical teams.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially in technical contexts.
A team player with the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to work in UST & EST time zones.
Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam or Kannada is an added advantage.
