Key Responsibilities:
Lead negotiations and sales processes for high-value properties in Dubai.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.
Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline.
Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio.
Build solid relationships and provide consultative selling approach.
Provide expert market analysis and advise clients on property investments.
Stay informed of real estate trends and legal regulations affecting the market.
Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.




Minimum 3 years of proven real estate brokerage experience, preferably in a major city or competitive market.
A track record of successful property transactions, particularly high-value deals.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
