Key Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in leading architectural design firm.
Solid expertise in conceptualization, master planning, and schematic design development for large and complex projects.
Proven ability to independently lead projects from concept stage through schematic and detailed design stages.
Solid design sensibility with creative and practical problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing client interactions, presentations, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Lumion/Enscape, and Rhino/Grasshopper.
Exposure to large-scale projects such as mixed-use developments, institutional, commercial, hospitality, urban design,



or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Role Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptual design process and develop design strategies for large-scale projects.
Prepare and oversee schematic design packages.
Present design concepts to clients and key stakeholders.
Guide internal design teams and ensure overall design quality.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
Ensure project designs align with client requirements, design intent, and statutory norms.
