Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
Understand client needs and explain how Zoho products can help automate and improve their business processes.
Set up and attend discovery calls or meetings with support from the pre-sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using Zoho CRM.
Support the preparation of proposals and pricing discussions. ∙Learn about Zoho products and services through internal training and hands- on exposure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with guidance and support from senior team members.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Who Can Apply:
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (any industry).
Individuals with a passion for technology, SaaS, or business software solutions. ∙Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn about Zoho products and how they solve real business problems.
Self-motivated, proactive, and positive at building relationships.
