Experience:

4 -6 years of experience in Workday, with at least one end -to -end implementation (must -have).


Technical Skills:

Solid hands -on experience with Workday Integrations, including Connectors, STUDIO (must -have), DT, XML, and XSLT.

Proven ability to develop end -to -end integrations from scratch using STUDIO (must -have).

Expertise in integration security and delivery methods.


Business & Functional Skills:

Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations effectively.

Solid problem -solving skills with demonstrated follow -through on assignments and issue resolution.

Experience in identifying, designing,



and implementing Workday solutions while aligning with the long -term vision of the product and business needs.

Valuable understanding of the Workday platform, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and generate solutions.

Experience in end -to -end application solution design and implementation of complex business solutions.


Additional Skills:

Familiarity with SNOW or similar ticketing tools.

Workday Certification is an added advantage.
