A retail leasing broker is a professional who facilitates Retail real estate transactions between landlords and tenants in the retail sector.

This includes identifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and managing tenant relations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential tenants, Land lords and available leasing options in malls and high street for retail properties

Understand market trends and competition to effectively market properties

Assist property owners in pricing and marketing their properties

Conduct property tours with prospective tenants

Negotiate lease terms and agreements





Ensure lease agreements meet legal requirements and protect the interests of both parties

Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords etc to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention

Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner

Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends to effectively advise clients on market conditions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/ Masters degree in business, real estate, or a related field

Solid negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends

Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and tenants

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
