We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented candidate to join the EXL Business Intelligence team in Bangalore. As part of the team, you will involve in stakeholder management, project management and working with cross functional teams. Basic qualifications




3+ years of relevant work experience in financial/retail/e-commerce space
Experience in stake holder management, project management and cross functional team coordination
High level of aptitude with SQL required
Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention-to-detail
Outstanding problem solving, organizational skills and team player
Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases and complete root cause analyses
Strong time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
