Job Description:

Position: CLM Legal Intern
Duration: The initial duration will be 6 months.

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated Legal Interns to support our CLM team in aligning legal processes with technology solutions. This role provides exposure to contract management and compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze contract templates and legal documents.
Assist in mapping legal processes to CLM workflows.
Support compliance and documentation activities.
Learn and explore CLM implementation products and processes.

Required Qualifications:
Background in Law (LLB or equivalent).
Understanding of contracts and legal processes is an added advantage.
Knowledge of CLM products is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Solid attention to detail and willingness to explore technology solutions.
